About
Welcome to Firewater Sports Bar Cafe, a delightful gem nestled in Cedar Park, TX. Located at 13010 W Parmer Ln STE 300, this sports bar is more than just your typical game-watching venue. It's a place where flavorful food, refreshing drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere come together, creating an experience that's as exciting as the events you'll watch on screen.
What's truly remarkable about Firewater is their creative twist on classic bar food. As you dive into their menu, you'll find an array of savory dumplings featuring international flavors like the Japanese Bang Bang Dumplings and Tikka Masala Dumplings, each priced reasonably around US$10.99. It's not the usual fare you might expect in a sports bar and it showcases a willingness to experiment while still keeping things familiar.
In addition to their unique dumplings, their Firewater Wings are a signature offering—crispy, flavorful, and packed with just the right kick. Pair these with a craft beer or one of their sumptuous brunch cocktails, such as Wycliff Burt Champagne available by the glass or bottle, and you have a winning combination. The selection of alcohol includes imaginative cocktails and a solid array of scotch options, ensuring that every palate is catered to here.
Reviews from patrons like Jayka Morar emphasize the chill vibe and friendly staff, making it an inviting spot to catch UFC events without any cover charge. The warmth of the atmosphere is complemented by the culinary creativity that sets Firewater apart from its peers. Regulars, including Demetrius Griego, appreciate the adventurous menu that goes beyond the typical bar grub, featuring everything from pizza to Indian-inspired dishes. One visit is all it takes to recognize how the owner and staff prioritize the dining experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and catered to.
Ashley Votruba praises the food's freshness and authenticity—elements that truly shine through in every dish served. Whether you're munching on nachos or digging into their delectable Stromboli, you'll taste the difference. The commitment to quality is palpable and leaves you wanting to return for more.
Firewater Sports Bar Cafe is not just a place to eat; it’s a destination for great food, refreshing drinks, and a community atmosphere where friends come together. If you find yourself in Cedar Park, skipping this unique venue would be a missed opportunity. Come for the game; stay for the food. It’s a place I can't wait to visit again.
“ If you're looking for a chill spot with great food, drinks, and no cover for UFC events, Firewater Sports Bar is the place to be. The atmosphere is laid-back, the staff and owner is friendly, and the food is surprisingly unique for a sports bar. The Firewater wings are a must-try—crispy, flavorful, and with just the right amount of heat. They have amazing fusion dishes to switch things up as well - mega winner in my opinion as the typical food line up gets old. Drinks are on point too, with a solid craft beer selection and tasty cocktails. Whether you're there to catch the game or just hang out, Firewater is a solid choice in Cedar Park. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to! ”
“ We have been here a few times and have to say we were impressed by their creative menu. You can get the usual sport bar eats, pizza, pasta, or be adventurous and try one of the Indian or Korean inspired dishes. They offer a good selection of draft beer and cocktails. The owner and staff are friendly and welcoming. We will certainly be back. ”
“ ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! You can not get any more fresh and pure authentic home made food anywhere else. You can taste the difference in just how fresh everything is compared to wherever else you may normally eat. I've had their nachos, pizza and now Stromboli and garlic bread. If you have not been in yet, you are really missing out. The owner is so friendly and welcoming and the staff is sure to promptly take care of whatever your needs are and provide excellent recommendations and service. ”
“ Loved the food and the service! The wings were great. Crispy but not burnt, and the Nashville flavor definitely had a kick to it. We came for ACL and wanted to go to a sports bar, so ended up on this place. My only complaint was that they weren’t playing the audio of the NFL game playing. They were playing country music. All good, just really would’ve liked to hear the commentary if they are marketing this as a sports bar. Ty was amazing. Seriously, if you read this owner get that man raise. Impeccable service, and general chill mentality ”
“ This was our first visit and I have no idea how this place isn’t packed! Super friendly, accommodating and attentive! The food was GREAT! We had a club sandwich and garlic fries, DELICIOUS. I also ordered a couple of drinks a Paloma and Margarita on the rocks. Plenty of space for a large family or friend group. Our waiter Brian was very nice and funny! We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. ”
“ 3rd Edit: 5 stars for catering! The Korean Chicken Rice Bowl, Stromboli and Fiesta Lime Chicken were a HUGE hit for our family Christmas gathering! This is the 3rd time we’ve been here. It became an instant favorite with the variety of foods and drinks. They have a special drink menu for each holiday. The winter one looked so good on our first visit but it was too early in the day and by the time we came back it was Valentine season so I got a yummy sparkly pink drink. Now St. Patty’s is coming up and I just ordered a Fuzzy Leprecaun! We also LOVED the mussels (who would’ve expected a sports bar to have fantastic lemon garlic butter mussels?) and my daughter got the Italian Twist pizza which was also very good. I had a Reuben and hubby had the Philly cheesesteak that first lunch here which brought us back for more. They also have a lot of Indian inspired items like butter chicken pizza or rice bowl, and chicken tikka masala pizza or bowl. Also 4 artisan vegetarian pizzas including butter paneer and Indian twist. Update: Another good experience here. I wanted to order a salad and I’m sure it would have been good, but I couldn’t resist the Italian twist pizza. The crust is soooooo good! Mia provided the best service we’ve had from a server in a long time. Professional yet friendly, always there when we needed anything but not intrusive. I would request her area if she’s there next time. I will say if they’re going to say they’re a sports bar, they need to fix the sound system. It was cutting out, too loud at one point then couldn’t hear it. As much as I love the large and varied menu, I worry about restaurants that try to have too many menu items. John Taff always has them cut it back to a few simple items on Bar Rescue. The kitchen was a little backed up tonight and my pizza came out a good 10 minutes before hubby’s chicken bowl but both were still delicious. This is our favorite go-to Friday night wind down. ”
“ Beautiful atmosphere with one side quiet and intimate. The other side full of TVs and full service bar. Food was delicious. We will be coming back! ”
“ Wow! I have a found a yummy mushroom melt burger addition in the area :) what a great burger and price on point. There are also many specials this restaurant has for all of our community to enjoy. I am happy to see this restaurant here in #cedarpark :) ”
